Horizontal Lifeline Systems
Horizontal Lifeline Systems Offer Flexible Fall Protection
Lifeline fall protection systems differ from rigid rail systems in that they are more flexible and can be used to provide solutions for a wider array of complex fall protection safety problems.
Lifeline fall protection can be constructed overhead, or underfoot (such as on a rooftop), and consists of a cable that is connected to two or more anchor points. The horizontal lifeline system is versatile while still providing the safety workers need.
Applications for Lifeline Systems
- Roofs
- Bridges
- Facade Access
- Building Maintenance
- Arenas
- Inspection Tasks
- Manufacturing
- General Industry
- and more
Rigid Rail System
Rigid Rail Systems are a Great Option for Short Fall Arrest Distances
Rigid Rail fall protection solutions have minimal deflection during a fall, as opposed to horizontal lifeline systems. This makes them perfect for applications where the fall arrest distance is short, and every inch counts.
Rigid rail systems eliminate sag distance and reduce the overall fall clearance from the anchor connection to the ground. They can be installed both indoors or outdoors.
Rigid Rail Fall Protection Applications
- Aircraft Hangers
- Vehicle Maintenance Facilities
- Rail Car Spurs
- Manufacturing Facilities
- Warehouses
- Arenas

Roof Guardrail System
Roof Guardrail Provides a Turnkey Rooftop Fall Protection Solution
Roof guardrail provides a modular solution that is easy to install and is typically more cost effective than engineered systems. Roof guardrail systems, whether temporary or permanent, allow for workers to move around freely and safely on rooftops. Our team will assess your roof to determine what is required to provide workers with a fall safe environment that provides OSHA fall protection.
Rooftop guardrail is perfect for use along roof edges, skylights and access hatches. Our team will help you to design the right system for your roof.
Roof Guardrail Height and Specs
We manufacture our own OSHA compliant roof guardrail system on premises, allowing us to offer more cost effective pricing, while also fulfilling orders more quickly.
Roof guardrail height is 42″ (+/- 3″) above walking surface. Railing is fabricated in-house from 1-1/4″ hot dip galvanized (ASTM 123) steel tubing, powder coated upon request. We stock 48″, 72″, 96″, and 120″ sections and also provide custom sizes upon demand. For additional specifications, download our roof guardrail brochure.
Roof Guardrail Applications
- Schools
- Warehouses
- Manufacturing Facilities
- Hospitals
- Municipal Buildings
- Nursing Homes

ROOF METAL GRATE WALKWAY
Roof Walkway = Roof Safety
Rooftop Walkways with railings provide safe walking surfaces and fall protection at the same time. Whether you have a rubber membrane, concrete or steel corrugated roof our team will install the appropriate walkway grating based solution to meet your needs.
- Direct the Flow of Traffic on Your Rooftop
- Provide Safe Access to Equipment
- Traverse Rooftop Obstacles Like Pipes and Ducts
Due to our unique rubber base designs, that helps evenly distribute loads, our systems can be mounted directly atop your roof, without the need for rubber padding, and they provide a much safer system than roof walk pads.
Walkway Grating Improves Safety
A metal grate walkway made out of steel walkway grating adds a considerable amount of safety on the roof. Walkway grating creates a safe, nonslip walking surface for workers and equipment to travel on. The porous surface allows rain, snow, and smaller dirt and debris particles to pass through, keeping your surface free of obstructions.
Catwalk Construction
Catwalk Systems Are Essential for Worker Safety
In elevated environments where fall hazards are present, safety grating catwalks are crucial. A modular catwalk system provides a safe walking surface to workers while they are moving about and performing tasks high above ground level.
Our team will design engineer and install a safety grating catwalk system to ensure the safety of your workforce as they go about performing their duties. Steel catwalk systems are modular in nature and can be installed quickly resulting in minimal interference with daily operations.
Access Platform
Access Platform Designed to OSHA Platform Requirements
Access platforms provide workers with safe and easy access to equipment for maintenance.
Often this equipment has an access panel located off the ground and sometimes over the top of mechanical systems. To prevent falls while workers are accessing equipment our team designs, engineers and installs access platforms where fall protection is a concern.
